The cover of April's Bon Appetit screams, "Spring, Finally!" But from where we're sitting, it's looking more like, "Spring, Almost!"
While here in our nation's capital we're teetering on the verge of milder spring weather, it's still chilly and damp. But the April food magazines have us dreaming of full on spring with their covers filled with lamb and asparagus, and a healthy dose of Easter, too.
And we're ready for it! Bring on the warmer, drier weather, grilling every night and eating in our backyard. To celebrate the coming of spring, we're doing a giveaway today!
Below, you can see all all of the April food magazine covers. In the comments section, tell us which is your favorite, and why, and you'll be entered to win one of two cookbooks: The America's Test Kitchen Family Cookbook or The America's Test Kitchen Healthy Family Cookbook.
