One of the nicest things we hear from readers is that they're using The Bitten Word not just to get reviews on the latest food magazine recipes every month, but that they're actually turning to us whenever they need inspiration for what to cook for dinner, what menu to plan for a party, or what dessert they need to satisfy a sweet tooth.
Well, now we're making it even easier for you to browse the site, because we're adding a Recipe Index.
It's a full, running list of every recipe and tip we've ever posted on the blog. Use it to get recipe ideas or menu inspiration. It should be easy to search the entire page for whatever you're looking for. Or if, say, you just know you want something sweet, you can scan the entire list of Desserts & Sweets. You can always find the Recipe Index in the navigation bar across the top of the blog, on in the column on the right.
Of course you can still browse by date, crawling back through the archives. Or you can browse by topic or by magazine under "Categories" over in the right-hand column of the site. And if there's something specific you're looking for -- if, for example, you want to find all the recipes we used that included strawberries -- you can always search the blog using the Google search window in the column on the right.
