Dream Up an Ice Cream Flavor and Win a Copy of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams at Home

This week, we've been talking about our latest kitchen obsession, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams at Home. We've told you about the amazing Salty Caramel, and the yummy, fruity Pineapple and Sage flavor we tried. (And we've got a great final flavor coming up tomorrow!)

But what we really wanted to do is share Jeni's book with a few lucky readers of The Bitten Word. So we're doing a giveaway!  We reached out to Jeni's team earlier this week, and they graciously helped us out. So we're giving away a copy of Jeni's book to three of you!

Here's how you can win a copy.

Jeni Britton Bauer has created some incredible ice cream flavor combinations. Some of them are pretty simple, like Roasted Strawberry and Buttermilk. Others are a little crazier. Coriander Ice Cream with Raspberry Sauce? Cucumber, Honeydew and Cayenne Frozen Yogurt? Gorgonzola Dolce Ice Cream with Candied Walnuts? Sweet Potato Ice Cream with Torched Marshmallows??

We could go on and on -- we want to make all of 'em.
