I did this shortly after we received that issue of CC, only I used the "Everything Bagel" variation - also delightful!

Perfect timing. Thanks! Not only did I just get a brand new gas grill a few days ago, I also have a tenderloin in the fridge wondering how I'm going to cook it. Looks delicious. I love Cook's Illustrated, but haven't yet made the transition to Cook's Country -- I might have to check them out.

Pork has always been illusive to me. I can never get it right. I think I could handle this one, though.
